The 1800 fans present at the Wesleyan Center in Moncton to attend the second edition of Noël en Acadie were not disappointed. You could even say that they were “frozen” in front of the presentation filled with surprises that the team of Laurie LeBlanc Productions had in store for them.

Indeed, after a very successful first year, the challenge was considerable for the popular Acadian singer and his group to present us with an original show, even unpublished! Taking up the feat brilliantly and above all, with a lot of ingenuity, we were able to see some breathtaking skating numbers on the Wesleyan stage itself! "Yes Yes ! Real skating! With real skates! ”, Asserts Jeannette LeBlanc, manager and designer of Noël en Acadie". The audience was able to admire the immense talent of a young skater from the region, Myriam Breau, who performed a few times during the musical performances. All over the room you could hear “Ohh!” and the “Ahh!” enthusiasm in the face of these dazzling performances enhanced by magnificent winter scenery.

These highlights weren't the only highlights of the evening, however. In this magical entertainment that lasted nearly three hours, we were also treated to an opening number worthy of the greatest televised shows with the dancers of the local Dansencorps Troup, a hockey game between minis Canadiens and Bruins, as well as a surprise appearance by the Liberal MP for Kent-Sud, Benoît Bourque, who surprised more than one with a Oh Holy Night delivered in a masterly manner.

We should therefore not be surprised to learn that as soon as the sales offices open the following Monday morning, more than 500 tickets for next year's event, which will take place at the same place on Saturday, November 26, 2016, have already taken off… This is what we call, the magic of Christmas!
