Laurie LeBlanc picks up three new nominations at the 9th Canadian Francophone Country Awards which will take place on September 14 at the 2nd biggest country festival in Canada, The Festival Western St-Tite, in Saint-Tite, Quebec.

Nominated in all categories for which he was eligible, Entertainer of the year, male vocalist and English language album of the year with "When It's Right It's Right", the very popular Acadian singer says he is flattered to still be able to be selected among the best in industry. “I am very happy to hear that I am being considered for an award again this year. It is extraordinary that French-speaking country artists in Canada have an event of this magnitude that recognizes their work and their efforts. »

His album "When It's Right It's Right" is also a finalist for the ELOIZES award in Petit-Rocher, NB (October 1, 2022) and the Josie Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee (October 22, 2022).

The stars for the creation of this seventh album which was produced by the great Jason Barry, another reason to believe in When It's Right It's Right! Indeed, thanks to his “Show of the Year” award at the Canadian Francophone Country Awards in 2018 that Laurie made her first trip to France; and met the Irish singer-songwriter Don Mescall during the dance and country music congress organized by the Francophone Federation of Country Dance and Line Dance FFCLD in Issoudun. This meeting allowed Mescall to propose several texts to LeBlanc for When It's Right It's Right, including his title track which tells precisely that when everything aligns easily, it is because it had to happen, and that it will be something positive.
